Lee A. Petty – Owner / Broker

Lee A. Petty has over 30 years experience in residential property management and leasing in Marin County and is the current owner and founder of Tamalpais Property Management. Lee is a California licensed real estate broker (CA DRE #01204996) and is a certified Property Management Master by the California Association of Realtors.


Lee is a Marin County Native, Redwood High Graduate class of 1985 and graduated with a BS in Finance / Business Administration from San Diego State University in 1990. Lee entered the field of asset management after college becoming President of a firm managing a real asset portfolio in excess of $125 million prior to founding Tamalpais Property Management in 1996.
