Tamalpais Property Management was established to serve a need for professional residential property management.  We are centrally located in Marin County and locally owned.

We provide any required service to investment property owners.  Our strengths are in management, leasing, maintenance and accounting.  We deal with all parties including attorneys, vendors/contractors, banks appraisers and, of course, tenants.

Tamalpais Property Management will manage your investment property and handle all aspects as needed.  We will treat your property as if it was our own.

One-Time Rental Service

If you prefer to manage your investment property yourself and do not have the time to market your property for rent, we will do it for you.  We are available to show your property seven days a week and will handle all aspects from start to finish.
